School Leadership desire stability

During Staff Shortages School Leadership are calling out for CRT they know and can trust.

Market research conducted by Standby Staff services recently has indicated that School Principals are desperate to have staff they know are suitable for the gap they are trying to fill; with the themes emerging that leadership desire

  • the ability to ask for particular staff they have used before and they know have the skill set they need 

  • actually getting the right staff for the gap they are trying to fill (i.e. There’s little point in a CRT who enjoys teaching prep rather than grade 6 being sent to teach grade 6)

The personal touch provided by Standby Staff means that Principals can be sure you are the right fit for the role - it also means that you can have a say in where you are based and the types of roles you will be taking.
